I started the course back in October and this is perfect as it takes you through the course material step by step with diagrams and pictures aswell as giving you the virtual laptop and desktop and packet tracer for your course work too. All round great product. My son is made up with this book. More than pleased with it. Great book for PC hardware and software. Cisco is cool. This book contained most of the information on computers that I could have asked for all in one place.
